Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an Incubation Manager to serve as the first line of contact for our incubatees. This individual will utilise AI-supported platforms to provide opportunity-based, simplified consulting, ensuring our incubatees receive the insights, mentorship, and resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, skilled in stakeholder management, and adept at translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Incubatee Onboarding and Engagement: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new startups, ensuring they understand and leverage the full suite of incubation services offered by Ripple2Wave.
  • AI-Supported Advisory: Employ AI-powered tools to analyse market trends, identify funding or partnership opportunities, and deliver concise, data-driven recommendations to incubatees.
  • Mentorship Coordination: Schedule and coordinate mentorship sessions with industry experts, track progress, and follow up on key action points to accelerate startup development.
  • Resource Allocation: Work closely with internal teams to secure necessary resources—such as co-working spaces, technical expertise, and pilot project support—for incubatees.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for each startup, providing regular feedback and facilitating corrective measures where necessary.
  • Community Building: Foster a collaborative environment within the incubator, organising networking events, hackathons, and workshops to enhance knowledge sharing among startups.
