Role Summary The IND Analyst will support the Compliance team in day-to-day privacy operations. This role includes reviewing privacy questionnaires, handling data subject requests, supporting the Global Privacy Office in delivering effective privacy compliance processes across the organization, and partially supporting the sanction screening team. The ideal candidate should be diligent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical ability, and an interest in privacy and compliance operations will be important for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Privacy Operations Review and respond to privacy questionnaires in an accurate and timely manner. Support the management of data subject requests, including intake, review, tracking, and coordination with relevant collaborators. Keeps collaborators and leaders informed about Incident status at agreed intervals Handles privacy questionnaires response and data subject requests for the APAC region. Assists with privacy projects, legal research, and privacy compliance audits, Assessment of technical & organizational measures around the applications in scope to achieve GDPR compliance. Understanding the Personal Identifiable Information (PII) usage in non-production environment and conduct assessment. Connect with multiple collaborators, understand the as is process and come-up with the test procedures to conduct compliance / control review around the applications. Creating the process narrative around the controls and preparing the test of design. Review of Data Privacy Impact Assessments for the client applications in scope. Assisting in preparing the privacy assessment for third party vendor on-boarding process. Review of vendor contracts and documents. Review of privacy documents, privacy policies, privacy notice, and consent forms, etc. and ensure compliance as per the regulation. Perform Privacy Impact Assessments on business functions, Monitor Data Loss Prevention alerts for breach of employee medical information, SSN, credit cards, Internal Use Only documents. Conduct investigation of privacy breach cases assigned, recommend mitigation measures, and track them to closure. Skills & Knowledge Requirements Candidates with a working knowledge of GDPR and privacy laws, and an understanding of concepts such as data protection, data governance, and information security, will be preferred. A basic understanding of compliance and sanction screening processes would be advantageous. Familiarity with privacy and security risk assessment and guidelines, privacy and information security standards Familiarity with compliance or GRC tech tools will be preferred Good technical skills proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe PDF and online research tools Fluent English language skills essential, further language(s) beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills Expectations Be sensitive to client deadlines - Effortlessly handle deadlines and challenging priorities without delay or compromising on quality. Adhere to training plans and manuals, process maps and SOPs.
