GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Assist consultants and other stakeholders for US Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal and financial reports to the Clients. Working on the internal client data base tool to update policy information related to US health and benefit plans. Providing clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition. Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e. premium, claims & Loss ratios The process involves analysis of healthcare products information provided by vendors & onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, plan attributes JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by: Operates as part of team under supervision of Sr. Analysts/Project Lead Project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction Interprets, organizes, and analyzes client data for specialty insurance products. Prepares Excel and PowerPoint reports for the clients. Collaborate with peers at Aon and focus on continuous improvement of process. Responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.) Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education. Bridging the communication gap between onshore consultant and insurance Vendors. Managing client/shared mailboxes. Contributes to training and capability development for Jr. Analyst in collaboration (classroom trainings, training material development etc.) SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Proficient with MS Excel logical, financial, math, statistical and information functions Lookups, Pivot Table, Dynamic Pivots, Dashboards along with VBA coding. Should be ready to support 24*7 environment, Self-Driven & analytical bend of Mind. Good with Desktop Applications. Stakeholder Management. Analytical/ Problem Solving abilities.
