Set up in 2014, Lowe’s India focuses on technology and shared business services. Technology teams support e-commerce, mobile, infrastructure and corporate systems that enable various functions such as supply chain, distribution, corporate services. Key Responsibilities Develops and executes RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc. Develops comprehensive bid package for RFx events Utilizes E-Sourcing tools for RFx events Builds and executes sourcing project plans to meet timelines Manages and communicates project updates to business customers and support stakeholders Develops negotiation plans and conducts direct negotiations with suppliers Leverages data and market intel in negotiations and key decisions Executes supplier NDA’s Develops and negotiates SOW’s Evaluates previous SOW’s, KPI’s and operational issues to develop improved SOW’s from Category Manager input Develop supplier scorecards for RFx results to drive decision making Manage finance and legal partnership at project level Support baseline development for RFx events Presents materials to stakeholders, evaluating pros/cons of suppliers across multiple award scenarios to influence and drive decision making Leads vendor workshops Support catalog implementation, set up as required Support document migration / integration as required Work hours between 2pm-11pm on weekdays Required Qualifications Min 3 years of business experience or bachelor's degree with internship experience Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree 3+ Years Sourcing Experience Knowledge and usage of E-sourcing tools Project management skills Contracting and vendor management experience Cost analysis & Negotiation experience Working with cross-functional teams Strong MS Office and presentation skills Collaboration & communication skills Knowledge of procurement tools Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
