We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Medical Equipment Sales Representative (1099) to join our growing team. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role. The ideal candidate will already have established connections within healthcare facilities, ASCs, or other medical businesses, allowing you to generate sales opportunities right away.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Established connections in the healthcare/medical equipment sector (required).
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor with minimal supervision.
• Proven success in medical device or equipment sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Leverage your existing network of healthcare decision-makers to promote and sell our innovative medical equipment.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight value and clinical benefits.
• Manage and grow client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand market reach.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while aligning with client needs.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
