OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient education. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the overall health of our patients’ teeth and gums. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Cleardent & EZ Dent is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is beneficial for working with younger patients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
  • CAD experience is an advantage for those interested in advanced restorative techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the dental office.
