JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaners to join our team as Independent Contractors. This role is ideal for cleaners who already run their own business and are looking for more jobs to fill their schedule.
As a contractor, you choose which jobs you take on. There may be times when work is steady and times when it slows down—it all depends on client demand. You are responsible for supplying your own cleaning products and equipment. We connect you with clients and handle the job flow, while you focus on delivering excellent service.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning in homes and commercial spaces (offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas).
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to create a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow safety protocols and cleaning guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must already operate as an independent cleaner/contractor.
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, extended activity).
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (not an employee)
Compensation: Paid per job (rates discussed during onboarding)
Schedule: As-needed, flexible based on client demand
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 60 per week
