About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Account Executive to help expand our footprint across the Greater Cincinnati/NKY area. In this 100% commission independent contractor role, you’ll identify qualified leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales for both our PMaaS services and SpectC software platform.

This is a high-autonomy opportunity with flexible hours—ideal for someone who knows the local business scene, enjoys consultative sales, and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. The role is 90% remote, with occasional in-person meetings, networking events, or client visits within the region.

  • ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients in the Cincinnati/NKY startup, tech, and service-based business communities
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, value positioning, proposal, and close
  • Collaborate with internal team to align offerings with prospect needs
  • Keep pipeline activity and communications up to date in our CRM
  • Represent Constructive Curiosity with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Share market insights and feedback to help shape our GTM strategy
  • Qualifications2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational habits and CRM discipline
  • Must be based in the Greater Cincinnati/NKY region and able to attend occasional local meetings or events (approx. 5%)
  • Experience selling to startups, founders, or business owners is a strong plus
  • Understanding of project management or SaaS delivery is helpful but not required
  • Compensation & Structure100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Commission paid on signed contracts (with recurring revenue incentives where applicable)
  • Flexible work schedule with optional access to local co-working or client meeting spaces
  • High-growth potential for those who want to take on more responsibility over time
