What you will do: ● This salaried position will report directly to the Executive Director and will manage dailyoperations within the Independent Living Community.● Interacts frequently with residents and families, and creates & maintains a positive, high energywork environment and a high level of satisfaction with families, residents andassociates.● Serving as the primary liaison with residents and families to resolve problems, contractsituations and billing● Enthusiastically implements programs and practices that enhance the customer serviceexperience for the residents.● Supports the Front desk● Coordinates and implements a successful new resident On-boarding program andon-going check-ins and or progress in the community. Responsibilities

This salaried role reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Independent Living Community while frequently interacting with residents and families.
