WHAT IS THE JOB?

– Contract to start on 17-08-20 until 31-12-20 with a possible extension.
– Deliver a quality housing management service to customers living in independent living schemes, through on site management and supervision, to ensure tenancies are sustained.
– Be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of buildings is maintained, potential risks are minimised, and the environment is safe and secure.
– Work as part of a team to provide excellent services to customers in accordance with legal requirements and relevant policies and procedures.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

– Experience of working in sheltered housing or a social care environment in a customer facing role.
– Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
– Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
