Description ****Average hourly rate is $18.45 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) **** Schedule: Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pathway Family Services, LLC provides vital resources for youth and families through programs such as Independent Living (TRAIL), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), outpatient services, and specialized foster care. Our mission is to empower youth to thrive and transition successfully into adulthood. As an Independent Living Support Worker in our TRAIL program, you will serve as a mentor and life coach for young adults preparing for independent living. This role involves direct supervision, teaching essential life skills, and supporting youth in achieving their goals. You will also assist with apartment management tasks, including showing units, collecting rent, and coordinating maintenance. In addition, you would be responsible for putting in support tickets for maintenance on apartments and ensuring background screening process is completed. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and a safe learning environment for youth in onsite apartments. Teach independent living skills such as budgeting, cooking, job readiness, and time management. Model positive behaviors including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Provides on-call support as necessary to youth and other staff. Provides non-physical alternatives for de-escalating and managing youth. Provide educational and situational counseling (group and individual) for adolescents. Conduct apartment inspections and ensure household items are available. Complete required documentation, reports, and audits according to agency standards. Coordinate with other agencies and participate in staff meetings and trainings. Provide on-call support and crisis intervention using non-physical de-escalation techniques. Transport youth as needed (valid driver’s license required). Work flexible hours and additional shifts when required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Must be at least 25 years of age (per regulations). Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
