Role Overview: You will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with the lodges to deliver unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa. Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations. Generating your own leads Requirements: Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in Southern and /or East Africa. In-depth knowledge of Southern and /or East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences. Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an intimate team. Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
