Job Title: Independent Prescriber
Salary: £45,000 FTE
Location: Remote
Hours: two to three days a week, when needed, with availability in evenings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with obesity, and be skilled in working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Additionally, we require someone with excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in IT, and the ability to accurately maintain records and client information.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Independent Prescriber, you will conduct clinical assessments and reviews of clients eligible for GLP-1 medication for weight management, issuing prescriptions to those who meet the criteria. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to ensure clients manage their medication safely and effectively throughout the process.
This role is for a contractor, who will be working two to three days a week, for three months with possibility of an extension.
