The Independent Retail Head – Van Sales – Technology Business will be responsible for leading and driving van sales-led independent retail expansion for premium technology products across Iraq. The role focuses on building and managing the independent retail network, strengthening market coverage through van sales operations, and ensuring consistent product availability, visibility, and revenue growth in the assigned territory. The incumbent will develop retail expansion strategies, manage van sales execution, optimize route-to-market efficiency, and build strong relationships with independent retailers to maximize Technology Business penetration and market share. retail and distribution landscape is highly preferred. Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in van sales, independent retail management, or field sales leadership within the technology or consumer electronics industry. • Proven ability to develop and manage retail networks and drive territory-level sales growth. • Good understanding of van sales operations, route planning, and retail distribution models. • Experience in managing independent retailers, small shops, and channel partners. • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Ability to drive product availability, visibility, and sell-out performance across retail points. • Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze market trends and sales performance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with premium technology products or premium technology brands is preferred. • Strong understanding of Iraq
