INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE - YEARBOOK FIELD-BASED POSITION | BOSTON, MA TERRITORY | TRAVEL UP TO 70% Be your own CEO! Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management experience (consultative, educational, B2C). * Highly Disciplined & Self-Motivated. Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus. * Technical Skills. Strong business and financial acumen. * Great Communication Skills. You enjoy acting as a true business partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers. * Flexibility. Regional/territory and national travel required (percentage varies dependent on territory location and demographics). * Experience. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience. * Education. You have a 4-year degree (preferred not required). YOU WILL: * Growth. Build and maintain customer relationships and work effectively with school administrations, organizations and their advisors, teachers, and students. * Advise. School administration on products and services offered by Jostens. * Compliance. Comply with all applicable laws associated with the services performed for Jostens. * Maintain. Maintain an independent business office. * Operations. Responsible for all business expenses, including but not limited to travel to facilitate sale. * Team Development. Hiring, retaining, and compensating an office and sales staff as needed. * Integrity.
