About us.
At UEL we are proud to have an ISDVA service to ensure our University community can be supported with specialist advice and guidance. The ISDVA service works closely with colleagues within the Student Wellbeing as well as across the University and with external partners and agencies as required.
About the Job.
We are looking for a post holder to cover a 12 month fixed term post as an ISDVA.

Brief overview of position.

  • Experience of working within the field of domestic violence / sexual misconduct including completion of risk assessments/safety plans
  • Excellent understanding of the Criminal Justice System
  • Experience of delivering training workshops
  • Excellent understanding of the barriers to individuals seeking support
  • Knowledge of the Office for Students conditions of registration to tackle harassment and sexual misconduct in Higher Education
