We are building a pool of qualified independent contractors for upcoming routes under a 5-year federal Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a premium opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. 📌 Position: Independent Shuttle Operator (IC / 1099) Route: Carderock Division Headquarters ⇄ Washington Navy Yard Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime trips only) Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Start Date: Pending federal BPA call issuance 🚐 Who We’re Looking For Independent contractors who meet the following: ✔ Own or lease a 15-passenger van (clean, reliable, climate controlled) ✔ Valid Commercial Class C driver’s license ✔ U.S. Citizen (per federal security requirements) ✔ Clean background (must obtain DBIDS badge) ✔ Good driving record (no more than 2 points) ✔ Professional appearance and customer-service mindset ✔ Ability to operate a fixed federal schedule Monday–Friday 💼 What You’ll Do Transport federal employees on a fixed daily shuttle route Maintain accurate passenger logs Communicate schedule updates to our dispatch team Ensure safety, reliability, and professionalism at all times Follow all Navy access and security protocols 💰 Compensation Competitive hourly rates based on qualifications and equipment. ⭐ Why Partner With Us?
