JOB DESCRIPTION:

The International Division (InDi) is a unique & pivotal area for future development of Royal Canin/Eukanuba and its mission is to accelerate importers business model transformation in a constellation of countries 80 active countries.
This Hub/Spot Portfolio & Activation position will help the International Division execute the right activation online & offline to support our portfolio in ligh with the Hub/Spot business targets and brand equity locally.

Responsibilities

Drives the right Portfolio in the markets

  • Identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products based on consumer needs and market trends.
  • Drive intentionally the Must Have List agenda to unlock growth opportunity coordinating with the central PMR leader and regulatory
  • Is the lead of the Local PMR in the S&OP+ forum and is responsible of owning the portfolio strategy, identify global/regional projects impact on his market and adapt, identify needs for escalation.
  • Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio/innovations, business, category, competition and make recommendations accordingly on the portfolio demand strategy and activation.
  • Is responsible of the administrative portfolio data and connecting between regulatory & supply to ensure portfolio availability locally

Drives the online/offline Activation

  • Defines & drives the adapted offline & online activations in lign with the Hub/Spot Strategy, the Indi Central Activation plan in collaboration with the importers.
  • Is responsible to lead the Hub/Spot digital strategy in lign with the Hub/Spot strategy,the Indi Central Digital Manager and in collaboration with the importer
  • Is responsible to build each year the marketing plan for the Hub/Spot and to support the Hub/Spot Manager building the Strategy plan
  • Monitors and track the effectiveness of the activations and adapts/pivot/shares results
  • Is responsible to order/manage the right premia items in ling with the marketing plan to support the brand locally in collaboration with Sall Acc and the importer
  • Is responsible to order the right merchandising to support the excellence in store / in clinics in ligh with the Sales Acc need and the importer.
  • Is responsible to track the local marketing budget
  • Owns the relationship with the importer on marketing topics and is responsible of the importer marketing team training omnichannel

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with InDi support functions (Regulatory, Demand, Logistics, Corporate) to ensure the deployment of the annual plan
  • More specifically, work with the Central Demand Team and the other Hub/Spots Manager to ensure collaboration, execution of activations, respect of the brand guidelines and best practices sharing among Indo
  • Co create, define WoW and generate insights from importers
  • Highly Collaborate with the Central Portfolio & Activation Manager

Governance

  • Is the guardian of Royal Canin/Importers compliant in the brand execution locally including
  • Monitors social media activation and digital campaigns to ensure global brand guidelines are respected and Regional/Indi central digital guidelines are applied
  • Importers regular follow up as per audit guidelines
