Job Purpose This position will be responsible for souring of Chemical Commodity Parts (Tires, Lubes, Paints, FRP\Roto \Injection molded parts, Mirrors, Adhesives & Sealants, Fuel Filters, Driver Seat, Imports Etc. This position is critical as taking care of all new developments, Commercial settlement, Cost reduction, etc. which requires close co-ordination with different stakeholdersKey Responsibilities Sourcing Strategy for Chemical Commodity Parts New Parts Development MIS Creation & Reporting Commodity Budget Preparation & Adherence Continuous Cost reduction to ensure budgeted targets Commercial settlements & PO amendment in case of Inflation/Deflation Maintain and improve the relationship with key Suppliers New Sources Identification & Introduction Experience Required 12~18 years of experience in Automotive/ Industrial industry preferred Experienced in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management, team management, integrated supply chain, etc. Understanding of supplier base, process knowledge, zero base costing/cost analysis & basic financial knowledge Demonstrated strategic thinking, change management and negotiation skills along with global sourcing experience MIS/Budget Preparation System knowledge of ERP like SAP / LN etc.; & relevant purchasing systems Preferred Qualifications Diploma / Graduate Mechanical EngineerWhat We Offer We offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
