Role: Assistant Manager – International Business Purpose Support the growth of GMI’s International Business by managing distributor relationships, driving sales growth across key export markets, and executing trade marketing initiatives in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets across assigned international markets. Manage distributor relationships and support joint business planning. Identify growth opportunities across categories and channels. Support trade promotions, activations, and market expansion initiatives. Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and consumer trends. Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, QA, and Legal teams for smooth business operations. Ensure compliance with local market regulations and distributor requirements. Support demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Build business in modern trade and alternate channels beyond ethnic stores. Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in Sales/Exports/International Business. Experience in handling distributor networks and export markets preferred. Strong sales orientation with analytical and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to FMCG/Food industry preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
