This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 8000000 - Rs 15000000 (ie INR 80 - 150 LPA) Min Experience: 20 years Location: India JobType: full-time We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head our Finance & Accounting (F&A) Operations in India. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end financial operations across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR) functions while leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, operational excellence, and a strong track record in managing global shared services and delivery organizations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end F&A operations, including OTC, PTP, and RTR, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. Drive operational excellence by implementing best-in-class practices, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions. Spearhead transformation programs, including process re-engineering, automation, and digital adoption to enhance productivity and scalability. Manage and scale shared services operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to global stakeholders with a strong focus on SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction. Partner with global finance leadership and business stakeholders to align financial operations with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Establish governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Lead large, diverse teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Drive financial performance metrics, cost optimization initiatives, and resource planning to maximize operational efficiency. Champion the adoption of technology solutions such as ERP systems, RPA, and analytics tools to modernize finance operations. Act as a change agent, influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational transformation agendas. Required Skills & Expertise: Deep expertise in OTC, PTP, and RTR processes with a strong understanding of end-to-end F&A lifecycle management. Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including automation and digital finance programs. Strong background in managing global shared services or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Demonstrated success in driving delivery excellence, process optimization, and service quality improvements. Expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels. Experience working with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and emerging finance technologies. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred. 20–30 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting operations, with significant leadership exposure. Prior experience in managing large teams (500+ FTEs) and complex, multi-geography operations.
