Role Overview Reporting to the India General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for: Order Management: Complete order processing o Placing the correct order with the vendor Timely dispatch of instruments Moving inventory from clinic to clinic to fulfil the order Inventory Management: Complete details of inventory Ageing analysis o Maintaining inventory levels as per management directives Ensuring freshness of stock by dispatching older instruments against orders Monthly reconciliation with finance as well as with clinics PO and Invoice Management: Raising PO for equipment Ensuring timely installation of equipment Maintaining installation certificates Timely submission of invoices for payment Maintain and update the purchase calendar Dispatches: Manage the daily dispatches to clinics from Head Office Maintain the clinic wise dispatch tracker Ensure adherence to budget Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Track progress of equipment on repair Mange relations with vendors to provide standby equipment wherever required Ensure timely delivery of equipment at clinics after repair Forecasting: Maintain and track the consumption of consumption of consumables at clinics Timely ordering of the same Forecasting the requirement basis the current trends and future expansion plan MIS & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily reports Manage the Supply Chain Management database on server so as to ensure availability of correct & timely information Prepare and update the Supply Chain Management dashboard for improved visibility to all concerned internal and external stakeholders Vendor Management: Manage relations with external vendors and ensure that the service being provided is within the SLA Statutory Compliances About you: MBA (Operations) or an equivalent degree; Must Have: previous experience in hands-on experience in inventory management and in reverse logistics; Nice to Have: previous experience in scientific precision equipment, high tech components, high value but small; goods like watches or similar electronic equipment; Strong business skills and analytical ability; Excellent with MS-Excel; Good communication skills in English language; Putting People First One of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
