JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in food preparation and production within a restaurant environment. Experienced and skilled chefs with a passion for creating authentic and contemporary Indian cuisine, including expertise in tandoor and grilling techniques. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from our brunch and dinner menus, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our innovative small plates concept.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
