We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations while handling food and beverages.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
