OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties.
Malayalam-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate effectively with other team members and/or clients in Malayalam is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must speak and understand Malayalam and English fluently
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Punctual, reliable, and physically fit

• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, chopping, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Receive and store kitchen deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations
