ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about contemporary dining trends and cocktails, and skilled at building and maintaining a loyal clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including floor management, staff supervision, reservations, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver attentive, professional, and warm service.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and consistency of quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, including upselling, promotions, and special events.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Raasa, engaging with the local community and networking to grow visibility.
