ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU
We are seeking ambitious Indigenous students who are passionate about making a difference and meet the following criteria:
Quebec: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.
At Deloitte, we are driven by our purpose to make an impact that matters to our clients, our people, and our communities. We have been committed to working alongside Indigenous leaders, communities, and organizations for nearly 30 years. By investing our time and professional skills, we aim to break down barriers, such as access to education and employment, to build an inclusive and sustainable future for all. From our Indigenous and allies community, to our Silver Level Certification from the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, we continue to strive to advance reconciliation in all areas of our firm driven by our Reconciliation Action Plan.
By living our Purpose, we will make an impact that matters:
We recognize the importance of empowering Indigenous students and providing them with opportunities to develop their skills and thrive in their careers. The goal is to provide a meaningful and enriching experience that contributes to personal growth and professional development – this includes connection to an Indigenous Recruiter throughout the recruitment process, Indigenous community initiatives and events in the workplace, Indigenous specific benefits such as paid cultural days and wellness dollars, mentorship from Indigenous leaders, and more!
