Job Description We are excited to be hiring an Indigenous Internship Recruitment Officer to support our partnership with one of our mining customers based in Boddington, WA. This person will be site based at Boddington and will deliver against our mining customer's Indigenous Internship program hiring. The role will include: Creation of advertisements for roles assigned Partner with site based Boddington colleagues to support direct engagement with local Indigenous employment providers, community networks, site mentors, and Elders Work with stakeholders to create accessible advertising and application pathways suited to varying levels of digital literacy Phone or video screening, longlisting preferred candidates and declining unsuccessful candidates by agreement with each hiring leader Supporting the creation of assessment days and/or 1:1 interviews Interview guide creation for roles assigned Assist in the development of content to be used for attraction, which could include video content or interview preparation materials required to support candidates Please note this is initially a 4 month contract opportunity. Candidates who are available to work 3 days/week may also be considered.
