• Mentoring young people who are in employment to ensure a sustainable pathway.
• Connecting with elders and community organisations within the area to promote our Employment Services and to gain new referrals.
• Organise and run cultural activities and workshops once a week.
• Educating the team and sharing culturally appropriate resources to help support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.
• Build and maintain employer relationships locally who foster culturally safe workplaces.
• Create relationships with employers to support and understand their needs to support both their business and young people success on the job
