We are offering a number of exciting opportunities across our Western Australia Iron Ore business, for people looking for an opportunity to join our business with limited or no industry experience for our fly in fly out operations. • Mine Services ‘New to Industry’ (Certificate II in Surface Extraction) - As a participant in this program you will learn about Mine Services/Ancillary operations. You will learn how to safely and efficiently operate various auxiliary equipment and machinery such as water carts, graders and loaders.
• Drill and Blast Traineeships (Certificate II in Surface Extraction) - As a trainee, you will learn all about the blasting operations and gain exposure in the ‘drilling department’. You will be trained on the shot as part of the blast crew with potential opportunities to be upskilled on other equipment in the blasting area.
• Processing Production Traineeships (Certificate II in Resource Processing) - As a trainee, you will learn all about our Processing Production Plant, screening and crushing of our ore product. You will be involved in activities such as hosing, fault finding and inspections.
