THE OPPORTUNITY:

The University of Manitoba is looking for an Indigenous Student Recruitment Officer (ISRO). This position will work in conjunction with the existing ISRCR team to represent the University of Manitoba at off-campus and on-campus student recruitment functions, including, but not limited to, presentations given at senior and junior high schools, at evening/weekend parent functions, at community events, at career fairs and symposiums, at education promotional events, and with on-campus events and tours.
The ISRO is charged with delivering an informational and promotional message, through a variety of mediums, designed to facilitate and increase Indigenous student recruitment. The ISRO will also assist the Student Recruitment and Admissions offices in supplying information and service to prospective and current applicants as they progress from recruited applicants to registered students.
