Join Playocity, a creative enrichment company bringing arts-based programs to schools and daycares across the GTA. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic visual arts instructors of Indigenous ancestry to help develop and deliver engaging, culturally grounded programming that introduces children to Indigenous art, stories, and traditions.
This is a unique opportunity to shape meaningful content for young learners in a way that is authentic, respectful, and joyful. As both a teacher and a collaborator, you’ll help us bring art to life - from traditional practices to contemporary forms of Indigenous expression.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate weekly in-person group art classes for children ages 3–12 (up to 15–20 students per session)
  • Help develop and shape a curriculum that introduces children to Indigenous art styles, materials, and cultural themes
  • Lead engaging hands-on art lessons that foster creativity, respect for Indigenous traditions, and self-expression
  • Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm, plan, and refine lessons and activities
  • Participate in occasional team meetings or training sessions
