Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to appoint a Indigenous Youth Leadership Program Support Officer based with our Adelaide Operations team. This role will provide a direct link between The Smith Family and the families and education partners who are involved with the IYL Program. Reporting to the IYLP Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong community relationships, specifically with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
  • Provide ongoing management and support to IYLP families and young people.
  • Ensure delivery of the Program within the guidelines of the funding body.
