At the heart of this ecosystem is the Spare Parts Organization (SPO), a key driver in ensuring the operational excellence of Indigo presses. The SPO team is responsible for the availability, optimization, and management of critical Spare Parts, enabling seamless press performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting customers around the globe with efficient and continuous operations. We are looking for a talent that will lead HP Indigo Spare Parts (SPO) Reverse Planning, in the SPO planning department, responsible for leading the reverse planning flow domain, including returns, repair, and press dismantle activities, as well as optimizing related business processes, and driving automation and demand planning system improvements. Responsibilities: Ownership of end-to-end Reverse Planning processes, including returns and repair forecasting, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational constraints Leading the dismantle domain end-to-end, including planning, execution alignment, and inventory optimization Designing and implementing cross-functional reverse supply chain processes, ensuring strong alignment and seamless collaboration between departments across planning and operational flows Taking part in Anaplan model development and continuous system improvements, supporting enhancements to repair forecasting logic and planning capabilities Driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accuracy across reverse activities Leading analytical deep dive to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in returns, repair, and dismantle performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Planning, Operations, IT, and WW stakeholders) to drive alignment and continuous improvement Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring proper system setup to support reverse planning activities Requirements: Education: Industrial engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree – advantage) Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in planning / demand planning / supply chain roles Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau, Power BI and basic programming skills being advantageous Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Interpersonal relations: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive actions across multiple stakeholders without direct authority Presentation skills: ability to convey a clear message to an audience at different managerial levels Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written The position is hybrid, with one day working from home. #LI-POST Job - Supply Chain & Operations Schedule - Full time Shift - No shift premium (Israel) Travel - Relocation - Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).
