Indirect Document Intake Associate Location: Terre Haute, IN (Ops Center) (On-Site) Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt Why Join First Financial Bank? What You’ll Do * Process Loan Documents: Log and organize daily contracts received through multiple platforms. * Ensure Compliance: Review documentation for completeness and adherence to program guidelines. * Communicate with Dealerships & Customers: Follow up on missing documentation and title requirements. * Support Internal Operations: Answer inquiries regarding indirect lending functions and assist with operational tasks. * Assist with Mail Processing: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing loan-related mail. * Perform Administrative Duties: Provide general operational support as needed. What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior banking experience with knowledge of bank products and services is preferred. * Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet software experience. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong written and oral communication abilities. * Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. * Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet). * Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
