Descripción del empleo Brindar soporte en la la planeación, control y seguimiento del abastecimiento de materiales indirectos requeridos por diferentes áreas de la planta, asegurando su disponibilidad, registro correcto en el sistema y soporte en las actividades de seguimiento de ordenes de compra diarias en el área. Capturar y actualizar datos en el sistema ERP. Soporte con los conteos cíclicos de almacén con el departamento de CTG. Generar órdenes de compra en colaboración con el área de compras. Mantener una comunicación constante con proveedores para asegurar entregas oportunas, reportar desviaciones o problemas que se pueden presentar con los usuarios o proveedores externos. Validar con almacén la recepción física del material verificando que en sistema se tenga el GR, comunicado a las áreas relacionadas que el material se encuentra en planta. Dar soporte a los usuarios internos sobre estatus del material, indicadores, cero stock o dudas en general de los materiales indirectos. Juntas con las áreas de producción para actualizaciones o temas puntuales de la planeación de los materiales indirectos. Requisitos Conocimiento de refacciones. Conocimiento en procesos de compra. Procesos de almacenaje. Proceso de transporte y empaque retornable. Proceso de parametrizacion en sistema SAP. Conocimiento de manejo de inventarios. Sistema SAP P81. Conocimiento de importación/exportación. Procesos de compras. Responsibilities
