Key Responsibilities  Inventory Management & Optimization * Review daily min/max reorder reports and adjust to maintain optimal inventory levels. * Coordinate reviews of inactive and excess inventory. * Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure ERP data integrity. * Perform audits on storeroom operations (receiving, cycle counts, disbursements).    Team Leadership & Process Compliance * Ensure associate compliance with all SOPs. * Train and support associates on processes and expectations. * Review work throughout and after completion to ensure accuracy. * Maintain timekeeping for hourly associates. * Manage grievances, resolve issues, and maintain a positive working environment. * Assign daily/weekly tasks and project responsibilities. * Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards. * Conduct Safety Awareness communications.   Continuous Improvement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration * Measure monthly performance against established KPIs. * Identify, plan, execute, and track continuous improvement initiatives. * Support programs and projects with suppliers and commodity managers. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with timelines and deliverables. * Perform all other duties as assigned.     Requirements * BA/BS degree + 2–4 years of professional experience OR 6 years of equivalent professional experience. * Experience managing indirect inventory, tool crib, maintenance crib, or general stores. * Experience supervising production or warehouse associates (preferred). * Strong background in ERP-based inventory management, including min/max adjustments and cycle counts. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across departments.    What We Offer * A dynamic environment where your ideas and improvements matter. * Opportunity to lead, influence, and develop associates. * Involvement in cross-functional projects and supplier initiatives. * A culture focused on safety, teamwork, and excellence. * Professional growth in operations and supply chain areas.
