Description
We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and cost optimization initiatives across various categories such as IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, and travel. You will play a key role in driving value, compliance, and efficiency across the organization’s spending. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement processes (e.g., vendor selection, RFPs, negotiations, contract execution). Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies. Identify and execute cost savings opportunities while ensuring service quality and supplier performance. Analyze spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for consolidation or improvement. Support vendor onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and risk management practices. Contribute to the development of category strategies and continuous process improvements. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain – ideally in indirect categories. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Priority ERP and Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with business stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualities Curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
