Job Description Manage CAPEX purchasing activities related to technical projects, investments, and equipment. Control and optimize OPEX expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance. Lead and support efficiency improvement projects, identifying savings opportunities and process enhancements. Manage and negotiate service agreements, including but not limited to: Catering services Employee shuttle / transportation services Consulting services (HR, IT, and other support functions) Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure alignment with business needs. Evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure quality, cost, and service performance. Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and purchasing processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field). Proven experience in technical purchasing, procurement, or sourcing roles. Strong knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX management. Experience managing service contracts and supplier agreements. Solid negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work independently.
