Job Title: Indirect Sales Representative  Department: Vendor Management  Location: Georgetown, Guyana  Reports To: Lead- Indirect Sales  Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:  In this role of “Sales Representative” individuals are responsible for selling and promoting products and services offered by MMG on established targets. The Sales representative will register partners for the different categories using solid sales tactics to potential & even existing customers. Using dynamic communication strategies, representatives will educate the customer on all aspects of the product/service offering optimized growth opportunities and expand ONE’s footprint throughout the country. This position is also required to ensure compliance with all MMG policies and procedures, as well as all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities:   * Generate and close leads for MMG partner and individual registrations, including agents, merchants, and other approved partner types * Conduct field outreach and promotional activities to attract and onboard new MMG partners and individuals * Educate partners and individuals on MMG products, services, processes, fees, and transaction flows * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential MMG partners through regular visits and follow-ups * Accurately collect, verify, and submit all required KYC, onboarding, and compliance documentation * Use MMG platform/s for data capture, including contact information, transaction readiness, and geotagging of partner locations * Support partner activation by ensuring accounts are live, operational, and transacting within defined timelines * Monitor and grow transaction volumes from assigned MMG partners and individuals in line with set targets * Conduct basic training sessions with partners and their staff to improve product knowledge and transaction efficiency, ETC.   Education & Experience:   * 2 years of experience in sales-oriented position * Vehicle ownership/ Driver’s license is an asset * Have and know how to use a Smartphone * Availability to travel around Guyana Desirable Skills (Optional):   * Ability to work nights and weekends when corporate schedule demands * Basic knowledge of related regulations, Company policies and procedures, and the Company’s products and services. * Demonstrated skills to independently plan and conduct non-routine financial analysis or reporting projects. * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills * Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in-time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment * Excellent skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; mainframe computer system; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs. Inclusive of being able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms * Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position. * Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees. * Ability to deal with advanced problems involving multiple facets and variables in standardized or specialty situations. * Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
