Purpose of Position: The Indirect Senior Buyer is responsible for overseeing indirect procurement, mainly focused on Supply Chain, such as logistics, freights, warehousing and facility operating expenses for the EMEA Region. The role requires deep procurement and category knowledge, facilitating with leading sourcing, contracting, negotiating, designing, and implemented strategic sourcing methodology, and partnering strategies across business functions. The Indirect Senior Buyer will drive procurement policies and procedures, sourcing requirements, products and services, and administrative requirements for procurement of goods and services. Additionally, the position manages and monitors supplier performance, which includes initiating and managing ongoing projects to reduce overall procurement costs and improve supplier flexibility, delivery, and performance.
