About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven Individual Onboarding Specialist to join our Services team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind a smooth, accurate onboarding experience for individuals receiving services ensuring systems are up to date, compliant, and ready to support high-quality care. Essential Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of individual onboarding and records, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and up to date. Create and maintain individual profiles in internal systems (RS2/MITC) Update authorizations, renewals, and demographic information Develop and maintain Individual Protocols and Safety Plans Match and authorize DSPs to individuals in scheduling systems Process onboarding requests and manage shared inbox communications Archive and unarchive individual records as needed Support staff with timekeeping and service note issues Ensure all work meets accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards Track and complete tasks using Salesforce Maintain strict data integrity, confidentiality, and security practices Assist with additional projects and operational needs as assigned Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and organization Clear, professional communication (email, phone, in-person) Time management and ability to prioritize competing tasks Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to changing processes and deadlines Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills Conflict resolution and sound decision-making Work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time Systems and records remain audit-ready and compliant Strong collaboration with staff, DSPs, and internal teams Consistent adherence to safety, privacy (HIPAA), and company policies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems) Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy Solid grammar, spelling, and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Preferred Experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field Familiarity with administrative or onboarding processes Additional Requirements Ability to pass a drug test (if required) Willingness to learn CPR/First Aid and ISP-related practices Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
