Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled Individual Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in individual tax preparation, a working knowledge of QuickBooks, and a commitment to client service and confidentiality. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual tax returns accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax questions and documentation Assist with bookkeeping and payroll as needed Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards Schedule Monday through Friday, standard business hours Extended hours during tax season Applications will be accepted through November 20 or until the position is filled.
