JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Adventure HQ. This role requires a strong focus on business development, and operational management to ensure the successful growth and sustainability of the business.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SERVICE QUALITY:

• Maintain a welcoming and engaging environment for families and children.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Handle any escalations or operational challenges effectively.
• Ensure the centre is clean and presentable at all times.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven management experience in hospitality, leisure, or a related industry.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of driving sales and partnerships.
• Experience in marketing and promotional activities is an added bonus.
• Ability to manage a small team and oversee daily operations.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
