JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle internal & external quote enquires from Customers/Oversea Offices/Agents.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, generate shipment report, & troubleshoot solutions case-by-case for customer by working together with operations, overseas offices on sales-related businesses.
• Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Prepare & promote effective market promotions for Diversified Freight System (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
• Responsible for developing mutual accounts with overseas team, setup target goals and pursuit for achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping.
• Proven ability to handle both internal and external customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, overseas offices, and agents.
• Capable of preparing and promoting effective marketing or sales campaigns
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
