• Propose suitable products or solutions based on client needs, and confidently guide them through the purchase decision
• Prepare competitive quotations and follow up to secure the sale
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to generate repeat sales
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and billing
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Participate in product training and sales meetings to enhance performance and product knowledge
