SALES CONSULTANT (BEAUTINA – AL AIN) - ARABIC ONLY

Beautina Beauty is a leading beauty and cosmetics store in the UAE, offering a wide range of premium skincare, haircare, and makeup products. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Al Ain.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory: Previous experience in sales within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of beauty products and current trends
• Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• Fluent in Arabic and English

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice on our beauty product range. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and identify their needs
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and skin/hair concerns
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
• Assist with stock management and inventory updates
