JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer with at least 1 year of indoor sales experience and fluency in Hindi. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, manage follow-ups, and close sales effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of indoor sales experience
• Fluency in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (google sheets )
• High school pass or equivalent (no degree required)

• Engage with walk-in and inbound customers at the store/office
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager
