Description
The Induction Program Lead provides working leadership and support to both Monoflo Sales and Logistics teams. The Lead will manage bin induction projects by planning, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the final results meet the expected goals. Key responsibilities are to be performed with permitting Safety first while following all company and OSHA safety guidelines. Travel and extended stay at project sites is mandatory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Consistent Travel to customers sites for full project durations * Mid-Level Project Coordination: * Project mobilization & launch, temp labor, material handling vendors and equipment, working schedules, customer timelines, and product delivery plans * On-Site Supervision of labor * Job training, equipment operator certifications, and Monoflo Safety policies * Assists with problem solving errors and inaccuracies * Schedules Daily assignments for all induction team operators * Tracks, records, and reports to Logistics Manager * Schedule and vendor submittals * All customer related issues regarding bin deliveries to develop a strategy to address any internal process failures or gaps * Identify and implement improvement opportunities, process, equipment, structure * Assists with ensuring OSHA safety guidelines are being met and maintained * Complete any tasks or duties as assigned by Logistics Manager and/or Supply Chain Manager Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of Project leadership experience preferred * Manufacturing / Production environment experience preferred * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks/projects to meet deadlines * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, inventory/shipping systems * Advanced math and recording skills * Interest in focusing on quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (QCDSM) * Great communication and interpersonal abilities * Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to travel frequently and remain at project locations for extended periods * Successfully complete and maintain the OSHA forklift certification training  Comprehensive Benefits & Perks: * Financial Wellness: 401(k) retirement plan with company match and annual/quarterly bonus opportunities. * Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Security: Short-term and long-term disability insurance. * Optional Extras: Employee-paid voluntary life insurance and supplemental benefits. * Time Off: Competitive PTO, paid holidays, and a company-paid Christmas shutdown. * Unique Perks: •Raffles for concerts, sports, and entertainment tickets. •Locally sourced prize raffles. •Monthly happy hours to unwind and connect with the team.
