Job Description Job Title: Induction Training Co-Trainer (Automotive On-Site | KAEC, Jeddah) Location: KAEC, Jeddah, KSA (On-site) Contract Type: Part-time / Ad-hoc (Training Support) Duration: 08 Feb 2026 – 31 Dec 2026 Working Hours: 8 hours per training day/session Job Summary We are seeking Co-Trainers to support ongoing Induction Training sessions in a manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on (set-up, coordination, station readiness) while operating within a professional training/office environment. Fluent English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Prepare activity/game stations and ensure readiness (e.g., dartboard, marble games, ball point games). Support participant guidance and smooth flow of activities. Assist with station resets, transitions, and rotation management. Help with logistics (materials, equipment movement, session coordination). Arrive minimum 1 hour before training to support set-up. Coordinate closely with the Training Lead to confirm materials and stations are ready. Support post-training clean-up and packing of equipment/materials.
